The Wrocław Copernicus International Airport is located in the southwest part of the city, 10 kilometers away from the city center, near the motorway bypass which can be reached quickly and comfortably. Both from the Warsaw side of the S8 road, Poznań from the national road no. 5, and from the south of the national road no. 8 and the A4 motorway. A regular shuttle bus no. 106 connects the airport with the city center and the main railway station. In addition, there is the Kiss & Fly zone - free ride and a short drive up to 10 minutes and over 2000 parking spaces.
Wrocław offers good air connections with major European transfer hubs such as: Frankfurt am Main, London, Munich and Copenhagen. Moreover, passengers can easily reach over 18 destinations in countries around the world by transferring only once within less than 2 hours and 30 minutes.
In addition to traditional airlines such as LOT, Lufthansa and SAS, the airport also serves low-cost carriers (Ryanair, Wizzair) as well as charter airlines. From Wrocław Airport you can fly to 64 destinations in Europe and North Africa.
Wrocław Airport was awarded for the fourth time the Statuette of the Best Regional Airport in Poland by The Business Traveler Awards. In 2017 Airport will launch new additional connections to Palermo, Naples, Edinburgh, Leeds Bradford, Oslo Torp, Gdańsk, Brussels Charleroi and Tel Aviv - these flights for the 2017/2018 winter season will appear in the Wrocław Airport flight schedule and from May 31 every Wednesday and Sunday we will be able to fly to Reykjavik, the capital of Iceland.
